Our challenge was to refocus the brand on what is important to their target customers and design the ideal aftercare experience for them. So we segmented their customers, and ran co-creation sessions to design and test the online and instore experience. This enabled them to plan their marketing strategy effectively and execute a more targeted retail experience.
