Our challenge was to understand how different audiences feel about investments and the barriers that prevent people from investing. So we created an ongoing insight and innovation program using our market research app Pulse to better understand our target audience. The app has allowed us to rapidly test new ideas, content and our acquisition strategy, enabling the team at Click and Invest to develop propositions, messaging and features that resonate. The insights generated through the Pulse program has helped Click and Invest become an award winning investment platform.
