Our challenge was to understand how different audiences feel about investments and the barriers that prevent people from investing. So we conducted depth research with target audiences to understand their feelings about investing and planning for the future, and key influences on decision making. This work gave our client clear direction on target audiences, and how to reach them through advertising and messaging that resonates. The insight played a key role in refining the proposition.
